Dr. Kenneth Halliwell was born and raised in the Town of Tonawanda, NY. He remained local for all schooling and postgraduate training.

He established Niagara Neurology in 2010, where he currently practices neurology and sleep medicine.

Lindsay Mandrino was born and raised in Canandaigua, NY. She went to undergraduate and graduate school at Daemen College in Amherst, NY.

Lindsay joined Niagara Neurology in 2011.

Education

Bachelor of Health Science / Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Daemen College

During her time at Daemen she was actively involved in several organizations, including Students Without Borders (SWOB) and Physician Assistant Student Society. She traveled to the Dominican Republic to participate in a humanitarian effort to provide free medical care to impoverished citizens.
